Head of B2B Sales

City:Warsaw Hybrid or Remote, Polska


🧐 About the position:

We are a Polish tech company developing an international distribution network focussing primarily on Western Europe and North America markets. Therefore we are looking for Head of Sales experienced in building, managing foreign distribution of consumer products, managing B2B sales teams and optimizing sales processes within an organization. 

📋 Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of international distribution network 

  • Creation, implementation and optimization of a B2B sales strategy

  • Managing relations with foreign distributors and mutual sales success of them and our company

  • Development of organizational infrastructure, processes and salesforce supporting international distribution 

  • Assuring sustainable business success measured with revenue and profitability

  • Leading the Sales team

😎 Requirements:

  • At least 3-years of professional experience on similar position covering development of international sales of consumer products (experience in selling business solutions is not relevant here), team management and sales process management

  • Sales success track record in regards to international distribution of consumer products 

  • Leadership skills verified and confirmed by colleagues, employees or clients
