Troubleshooting
Files don't show when connecting Kompakt via USB-C
If you connect Kompakt to your computer but can't see your files, you'll need to allow file transfer.
- Connect Kompakt to a computer with a USB-C cable
- Press the Control Center button
- Tap the Settings icon
- Tap Connected Devices
- Tap USB Preferences*
- Tap File Transfer
*If Kompakt isn't connected to the computer, you won't see this option!
